摘要
食品毒理学是食品质量与安全专业的基础核心课程,也是理论与实践相结合的重点课程,但传统教学方式存在理论与实践脱节。因此综述传统食品毒理学教学与实践方式出现问题,提出多元化的教学模式,从食品毒理学的教材选用、教学内容、教学方式及实践操作等环节提出具体解决措施,以期能够增强教师食品毒理学课程的教学效果和学生的实践能力。
Food toxicology is the core course of food quality and safety major,and it is also a key course combining theory and practice.There is disconnect between theory and practice in traditional teaching methods.By summarizing the issues in traditional teaching and practice of food toxicology,this paper proposes a diversified teaching model and specific solutions for enhancing the effectiveness of food toxicology courses.These solutions encompass the selection of teaching materials,content,methods,and practical operations to improve both teachers'instruction and students'practical abilities.
