摘要
绿色创新和数字经济是我国高质量发展的新引擎和新动力,将成为我国经济发展的主流,探讨两者之间的耦合关系对于促进实现高质量发展具有重要意义。因此,通过对绿色创新与数字经济耦合关系进行理论分析,构建绿色创新与数字经济的指标体系,并测算其发展指数,构建耦合协调度模型,计算绿色创新和数字经济的耦合度和耦合协调度数值变化趋势,分析二者的耦合发展水平。之后,根据结论,提出加强绿色创新与数字经济的耦合发展,在实现数字经济快速发展的基础上充分利用数字经济提升绿色创新发展的政策建议。
Green innovation and digital economy are the new engines and new driving forces for China’s high-quality development,and will become the mainstream of China’s economic development.It is of great significance to explore the coupling relationship between the two to promote high-quality development.Through the theoretical analysis of the coupling relationship between green innovation and digital economy,this paper constructs the index system of green innovation and digital economy,calculates its development index,constructs the coupling coordination degree model,calculates the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of green innovation and digital economy,and analyzes their coupling development level.Finally,according to the conclusion,the paper proposes to strengthen the coupling development of green innovation and digital economy,and make full use of digital economy to enhance the development of green innovation on the basis of realizing the rapid development of digital economy.
