摘要
目的:调查北京市二级医院护理人员护理信息能力现状,并分析其影响因素,为制定护理人员信息能力提升方案提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2023年9月—11月选取北京市5家二级医院的232名护理人员为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、护理信息能力量表、变革型领导问卷、一般自我效能感量表进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析护理信息能力的影响因素。结果:二级医院护理人员护理信息能力总分为(115.55±19.28)分;学历、职称、是否接受过信息学教育、变革型领导和自我效能感是二级医院护理人员信息能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:北京市二级医院护理人员信息能力处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者应根据护理人员的不同特点提供护理信息教育与培训,实施变革型领导,激发员工内在潜能,以促进护理人员信息能力的提升。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of nurses'informatics competency in five secondary hospitals in Beijing,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the improvement plan of nurses'informatics competency.Methods:A total of 232 nurses from 5 secondary hospitals in Beijing were selected from September to November 2023 by convenience sampling.General data questionnaire,Nursing Informatics Competency Scale,Transformational Leadership Questionnaire and General Self-efficacy Scale were used to collect data.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of nursing information ability.Results:The total score of nursing informatics competency was 115.55±19.28,educational background,professional title,informatics education,transformational leadership and self-efficacy were the factors affecting the informatics competency of nurses'in the five secondary hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusion:The informatics competency of nurses in secondary hospitals in Beijing is in the medium level.Nursing managers should provide nursing information education and training according to different characteristics of nurses,and implement transformational leadership to stimulate the inherent potential of staff,so as to promote the nurses'informatics competency.
