摘要
研究装配式建筑中预制工字形钢板组合梁的设计与应用。首先,对预制工字形钢板的设计进行了详细分析和研究。通过对不同厚度、不同长度和不同边缘形状的工字形钢板进行测试和对比,确定了合适的设计参数。其次,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对装配式建筑预制工字形钢板组合梁柱进行有限元分析,验证采用有限元模拟的准确性及真实性。结果表明,在装配式建筑中采用预制工字形钢板组合梁,可以大幅提高工程施工的效率和质量。
This paper studies the design and application of prefabricated work-shaped steel plate composite beams in prefabricated buildings.First,the design of the prefabricated industrial-shaped steel plates was analyzed and studied in detail.Suitable design parameters were determined by testing and comparing work-shaped plates with different thicknesses,different lengths and different edge shapes.Secondly,ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the combined beam and column of prefabricated buildings to verify the accuracy and authenticity of the finite element simulation.The results show that using the prefabricated work-shaped steel plate composite beam in prefabricated buildings can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of engineering construction.
