摘要
为了推进和落实“双减”政策,平潭综合实验区以责任督学为举措,尝试突破现有责任督学队伍建设的困境。文章分析责任督学推进“双减”政策落实面临的困难,得出责任督学队伍建设存在管理依据不明,相关制度尚不健全、实操性不强,缺乏有效激励机制,工作方式尚不明确,工作经费紧张,部门协作配合有限等结论。在未来的发展过程中,平潭综合实验区要制定有针对性的解决对策,以此提高责任督学队伍建设质量,更好地贯彻落实“双减”政策。
In order to promote and implement the"double reduction"policy,Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone takes responsibility supervision as a measure and attempts to overcome the difficulties in the construction of the existing responsibility supervision team.The article analyze the difficulties faced by the responsible supervision team in promoting the implementation of the"double reduction"policy.It concludes that the construction of the responsible supervision team has unclear management basis,incomplete relevant systems,weak practicality,lack of effective incentive mechanisms,unclear work methods,tight work funds,and limited departmental cooperation.In the future development process,Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone needs to formulate targeted solutions to improve the quality of the construction of the responsible supervision team and better implement the"double reduction"policy.
