摘要
社会的发展和进步,对高校人才培养提出了更高要求,需要人才不仅掌握学科知识和技能、具备文化素养,还要具有较高水平的职业能力。高校作为人才培养的重要阵地,如何将职业能力培养有效落实到学科教学过程中,是现阶段高校教育发展的关键所在。文章以高校英语教学为例,立足职业能力培养视角,对职业能力进行概述,并阐述职业能力培养背景下高校英语教学改革的意义,分析当前高校英语教学存在的问题,进而提出职业能力培养背景下高校英语教学模式改革的策略。
The development and progress of society have put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in universities,requiring talents not only to master subject knowledge and skills,possess cultural literacy,but also to have a high level of vocational ability.As an important battlefield for talent cultivation,how to effectively implement vocational ability training into the process of subject teaching is the key to the current development of higher education.The article takes English teaching in universities as an example,based on the perspective of vocational ability cultivation,provides an overview of vocational ability,and elaborates on the significance of English teaching reform in universities under the background of vocational ability cultivation.It analyzes the current problems in English teaching in universities and proposes strategies for the reform of English teaching models in universities under the background of vocational ability cultivation.
