低离子凝聚胺技术与卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的应用效果

摘要 目的对比分析低离子凝聚胺技术和卡式微柱凝胶试验在输血检验中的应用效果。方法回顾性选择2022年5月至2024年2月沿河土家族自治县人民医院收治的400例输血治疗的患者为研究对象,根据交叉配血方法的不同,分为对照组低离子凝聚胺技术配血组200例,观察组卡式微柱凝胶试验配血组200例。比较两组患者交叉配血抗体阳性检出率、交叉配血效率、交叉配血效能。结果观察组患者交叉配血抗体总阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者交叉配血抗体假阳性率虽然低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.407)。观察组患者交叉配血时间高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者一次性配血成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组交叉配血的灵敏度、准确度、稳定性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低离子凝聚胺技术和卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血交叉检验中抗体阳性检出率均较高,虽然低离子凝聚胺技术检验时间更短,但卡式微柱凝胶试验的配血成功率、交叉配血效能和配血效果更有优势。 Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of lowlonic strength solution technology and gel card test in blood transfusion.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 400 patients treated with blood transfusion in Tujia Autonomous County People’s Hospital of Yanhe County from May 2022 to February 2024.According to different cross-matching methods,the patients were divided into lowlonic strength solution technology blood matching group(control group,n=200 cases)and gel card test blood matching group(observation group,n=200 cases).The positive detection rate of cross matching antibody,cross matching efficiency,and cross matching efficiency were compared between two groups.Results The total positive rate of cross matching antibodies in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The false-positive rate of cross-matching antibodies in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.407).The cross-matching time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time blood matching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy,and stability of cross matching in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The antibody positive detection rate of lowlonic strength solution technology and gel card test is high in clinical blood transfusion cross test.Although the test time of lowlonic strength solution technology is shorter,gel card test has more advantages in blood matching success rate,cross matching efficiency,and blood matching effect.
