摘要
本文基于罗杰斯“自由学习”理论,概述了非正式学习的含义、理论基础和特点,探讨了高职英语非正式学习形式的影响因素,构建了高职英语非正式学习的微型“个体关系”、小型“合约关系”、中型“互助关系”和大型“社区关系”四种形式,以期适应“互联网+”时代发展的要求,提升非正式学习的地位,使其成为正式学习的补充,为建设学习型社会、有效开展终身教育奠定良好基础。
Based on Rogers’theory of“Free Learning”,this paper summaries the meaning,theoretical basis and characteristics of informal learning,discusses the influencing factors of the forms of informal learning in higher vocational English,and constructs four forms of informal learning in vocational English:micro“individual relationship”,small“contract relationship”,medium“mutual assistance relationship”and large“community relationship”.In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of the“Internet+”era,the status of informal learning should be enhanced,so that it can become a supplement to formal learning,and lay a good foundation for the construction of a learning society and the effective development of lifelong education.
