草方格铺设机械发展现状与展望

摘要 荒漠化是全球重大环境问题之一,我国荒漠化土地面积达257.37万km 2,严重影响我国生态文明建设。早在20世纪60年代我国开始引进草方格技术进行荒漠化治理,但人工铺设草方格沙障效率低下且质量无法保证。随着“国家863计划”的实施,我国治沙道路由机械化铺设草方格逐渐代替人工,而草方格铺设机械的不断研发,一定程度上延缓了我国荒漠化的速度,但工作环境恶劣、铺草成本较高等问题使得草方格铺设机械难以大规模推广使用。为进一步提高治沙作业效率和质量,满足荒漠化治理的需求,草方格铺设机械发展趋势已向着自动化、智能化、多功能化、结构优化和机器人化发展。 Desertification is one of the major environmental problems in the world,and it seriously affects the construction of ecological civilization in China.As early as the 60s of the 20th century,China began to introduce grass grid technology for desertification control,due to the low efficiency and quality of artificial laying of grass grid sand barriers,with the implementation of the"National 863 Plan",mechanized laying of grass grid to the stage of China's sand control road,with the continuous research and development of grass grid laying machinery,it has slowed down the speed of desertification in China.The problems of poor working environment and high cost of grass laying make it difficult to popularize the use of grass grid laying machinery on the road of mechanized sand control in China,and the development trend of grass grid laying machinery is the application of automation,intelligence,multi-functionalization,structural optimization and robotization technology to meet the needs of desertification control and improve operation efficiency and quality.
