摘要
案例教学法是商学院推崇的教学方法,OBE是当下流行的教育理念,基于OBE理念开展案例教学是有益的实践探索。实践表明,基于OBE开展案例教学能够更清晰地明确课堂教学程序和目标任务,并为教学有效性的提升提供了持续改进的动力。然而,OBE关于“结果”的严格界定使其适用性受到极大的限制,达成度评估变得非常困难。科学的方法是结合学科特点,以OBE原则为指导,取精用宏,更好地服务于教学改革的发展。
Case-based teaching is the teaching method advocated by business schools,OBE is a popular educational concept,and it is a beneficial practical exploration to carry out case-based teaching based on OBE concept.The practice shows that the case-based teaching based on OBE can more clearly clarify the classroom teaching procedures and objectives,and provide the motivation for the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of teaching.However,the strict definition of OBE on“results”greatly limits its applicability,and the evaluation of achievement degree becomes very difficult.In the future,the scientific method is to combine the characteristics of the subject,guide the OBE principle,use the essence and better serve the development of teaching reform.
