摘要
在淤泥地层采用咬合桩及支撑梁的基坑支护工程中,咬合桩作为主要支护结构,其造价占比较大。文章总结深圳地区2022年至2023年8个季度的混凝土及钢筋的综合单价,在此基础上,分析不同淤泥厚度及不同淤泥埋深、不同桩径、不同桩间距对咬合桩总造价的影响。分析结果显示,2022年至2023年深圳地区钢筋及混凝土价格总体呈下降趋势;咬合桩造价随淤泥层的埋深、厚度的增加而增加,在一定条件下,桩径越大咬合桩总造价越高;咬合桩桩径相同时,桩间距越大咬合桩总造价越低,咬合桩桩径不同时,在咬合宽度相同的情况下,桩径越小咬合桩的总造价越低。
In the foundation pit support engineering using bite piles and support beams in muddy strata,bite piles are the main support structure,and their cost accounts for a relatively large proportion.This paper summarizes the prices of concrete and steel bars in Shenzhen from the year of 2022 to 2023.Then analyses the total cost of secant piles with different thickness and burial depth of sludge,different diameters and different spacing is conducted.It can be concluded that the prices of steel bars and concrete in Shenzhen generally show a downward trend from the beginning of 2022 to the end of 2023;the cost of secant pile increases with the increase of burial depth thickness of the sludge strata,and under certain conditions,the larger the pile diameter,the higher the total cost.When the pile diameter is the same,the larger the pile spacing,the lower the total cost,when the secant pile diameter is different,the pile spacing is not the same,and the smaller the pile diameter in the case of the same occlusal width,the lower the total cost.
