This article explores the application of big data in personalized service marketing for non academic education,aiming to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies by analyzing customer needs,market segmentation and service process optimization through big data.In addition,big data also helps monitor marketing effectiveness,predict market trends,and play a role in competitive analysis.However,at the same time,data privacy and security are challenges that must be taken seriously,and strict management and transparency policies need to be established.
