摘要
针对机电安装工程在施工过程中存在的安全、质量、进度延误等问题,文章提出了一种基于物联网技术的机电安装工程监控系统设计与开发。根据机电安装工程的特点和要求,建立了系统架构和功能模块,包括传感器网络、故障诊断系统等。为了实现对机电安装工程的实时监测和数据采集,设计了基于无线传感器网络的数据采集系统,采用多种传感器对机电设备的温度、振动、噪声等参数进行监测,并通过无线通信模块将数据发送到云端服务器。通过仿真和实验验证,证明所提监控系统设计与开发的有效性和可行性。
This article proposes the design and development of a monitoring system for electromechanical installation engineering based on the Internet of Things technology,in response to safety hazards,quality issues,and progress delays that exist during the construction process of electromechanical installation engineering.Based on the characteristics and requirements of electromechanical installation engineering,a system architecture and functional modules have been established,including sensor networks,fault diagnosis systems,etc.In order to achieve real-time monitoring and data acquisition of electromechanical installation engineering,a data acquisition system based on wireless sensor networks was designed.Multiple sensors were used to monitor the temperature,vibration,noise and other parameters of electromechanical equipment,and the data was sent to the cloud server through wireless communication modules.Through simulation and experimental verification,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed monitoring system design and development have been proven.
