摘要
为了达到离心泵宽高效,以实现泵设备节能增效的目的。本文通过对离心泵宽高效机理的分析,揭示了离心泵宽高效的基本规律。提出了泵设计中采用叶片分区设计的方法,即叶片包角范围内共分三个区,即非控制区、过渡区和控制区。具体地讲首先设计泵叶片进口角-出口角的角度分布线,同时应用微积分方程求解方格网中的保角变换线,进而产生宽高效的离心泵叶轮型线。试验结果表明此叶轮设计方法达到了离心泵宽高效的节能特性,电动机的配套功率或输入功率变小。离心泵宽高效机理和试验都证明了离心泵叶轮的叶片进口角至出口角分布线的形状是决定离心泵宽高效的关键因素。
In order to achieve wide and high efficient of the centrifugal pump,and realize the goal of energy conservation and efficiency enhancement of pump equipment.Through the analysis of the mechanism of centrifugal pump width and high efficiency,and the basic law of the width and the high efficiency of centrifugal pump is revealed.The method of blade partition design is put forward,which divides the blade corner range into three zones,namely non-control zone,transition zone and control zone.Firstly,the angle distribution line of the inlet angle to the outlet angle of the pump blade is designed and the calculus equation is applied to solve the conformal transformation line in the square grid,so as to produce a wide and efficient centrifugal pump impeller profile.The test results show that the impeller design method achieves the energy-saving characteristics of centrifugal pumps with wide and high efficiency,and the matching power or input power of the motor is reduced.Both the mechanism and the experiments prove that the shape of the distribution line from the inlet Angle to the outlet angle of the impeller of the centrifugal pump is the key factor determining the width and efficiency of the centrifugal pump.
