摘要
电力绿色认证政策的出台,对电力系统应用的各类型设备、材料等的综合性能发起了新的挑战。基于电力绿色认证背景制备了一种环保喷涂型的电力系统专用阻燃密封材料,并对该材料的综合性能受阻燃补强剂、增强改性剂、增速稀释剂等的影响规律进行总结。结果表明,当阻燃补强剂中碳酸钙掺量为80份,硅树脂掺量为12份,交联剂用量为30份等条件下时,该密封材料的综合效果最佳,既能够满足电力绿色认证政策中关于电力密封材料绿色环保性能等的要求,又能够保证电力密封材料具备较为理想的密封效果,不至因为材料的大幅节约而丧失其最基本的性能等。
The introduction of the power green certification policy has launched a new challenge to the comprehen⁃sive performance of various types of equipment and materials used in power systems.Based on the background of electric power green certification,an environmentally friendly spraying type of special flame retardant sealing mate⁃rial for power system was prepared,and the comprehensive properties of the material were summarized by the influ⁃ence of flame retardant reinforcing agent,reinforcing modifier and speed increase diluent.The results showed that when the content of calcium carbonate in the flame retardant reinforcement agent was 80 parts,the content of sili⁃cone resin was 12 parts,and the amount of crosslinking agent was 30 parts,the comprehensive effect of the sealing material was the best.It could not only meet the requirements of the green environmental protection performance of the electric sealing material in the electric green certification policy,but also ensure that the electric sealing material had a more ideal sealing effect,so as not to lose their most basic performance due to substantial savings in materials.
