摘要
超声波测温采用超声波传播时间作为测量信息,时间测量的误差对测温系统性能有显著影响。针对上述问题,设计了基于时间数字转换器(TDC)方法的超声波水温测量系统。根据传播时间和温度的关系,系统利用FPGA和高精度时间测量芯片TDC-GP22的硬件电路,结合软件程序算法有效降低时间测量误差的影响,并通过合理设计驱动电路和信号处理电路,使得超声波传播时间测量的分辨率能够达到1.0×10-10s,进而系统能够实现温度测量的分辨率达到0.001℃。通过实验证明,该系统具有分辨率高、可重复性高等优点。
Ultrasonic temperature measurement uses ultrasonic propagation time as measurement information,and the error of time measurement has a significant impact on the performance of temperature measurement system.To solve the above problems,an ultrasonic water temperature measurement system based on time to digital converter(TDC)is designed.According to the relationship between propagation time and temperature,the system uses FPGA and hardware circuit of TDC-GP22,which is a high precision time measurement chip,combined with software program algorithm to effectively reduce the influence of time measurement error.Through reasonable design of driving circuit and signal processing circuit,the resolution of ultrasonic propagation time measurement can reach 1.0×10-10s,The resolution of temperature measurement can reach 0.001℃.Experiments show that the system has the advantages of high resolution and high repeatability.
