摘要
介绍LPC-65催化裂化催化剂在中国石油兰州石化公司1.20 Mt·a^(-1)重油催化裂化装置上的工业应用。结果表明,当LPC-65催化剂加入量达到系统藏量的50%时,与空白标定期相比,重油转化率和汽油收率分别增加1.24和0.62个百分点,柴油收率降低1.24个百分点,汽油烯烃下降4.09个百分点,异构烷烃和芳烃分别上升4.09个百分点和0.67个百分点。表明使用LPC-65催化剂后,重油转化能力增加,汽油降烯烃效果显著。
The industrial application of LPC-65 catalyst was investigated in the 1.20 Mt·a-^(1)Heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company of China Petroleum Corporation.The results showed that when the amount of LPC-65 catalyst added reached 50%of the system inventory,compared with the blank standard period,the conversion of heavy oil and gasoline yield increased by 1.24 and 0.62 percentage points,diesel yield decreased by 1.24 percentage points,gasoline olefins decreased by 4.09 percentage points,isomers and aromatics increased by 4.09 and 0.67 percentage points,respectively.After using the LPC-65 catalyst,the conversion capacity of heavy oil increased and the effect of reducing olefins in gasoline was significant.
