摘要
目的:通过优化固相萃取(SPE)等各项参数,建立固相萃取纯化静脉留置针中双酚A(BPA)含量样品的处理方法。方法:样品经固相萃取柱净化并富集BPA,采用液质联用法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定。结果:建立了一种HPLC-MS/MS法测定静脉留置针中BPA含量样品的固相萃取方法。结论:该方法条件优良,可有效纯化和富集静脉留置针中的痕量BPA,便于准确测定样品中BPA的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for extraction-purification-quantitative determination of bisphenol A(BPA)in indwelling needles by optimizing the parameters of solid phase extraction(SPE).Methods:BPA was purified and enriched by SPE column and determined by HPLCMS/MS.Results:A solid phase extraction method was established for the determination of BPA content in intravenous catheters using HPLC-MS/MS.Conclusion:The method is suitable for the extraction and enrichment of BPA from indwelling needles and the determination of target compounds in samples.
