摘要
该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对结果导向教育(OBE)理念下的混合式教学模式进行阐述,并对高校网球公体课教学现状进行分析,研究OBE理念的混合式教学模式下的高校网球公体课的教学改革。研究表明,当前OBE理念下的混合式教学模式存在学校技术支持和资源投入不足、教师角色需要转变与适应、学生的自主性和参与度不高、评价与反馈机制有待完善等问题。基于此,提出明确教学目标与成果、设计混合式教学模式、开发和完善教学资源、教师培训与角色转变、持续改进与优化的建议。
Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper expounds the blended teaching mode of the concept of OBE,and analyzes the present situation of Tennis Public PE in universities,this paper studies the teaching reform of college Tennis Public PE under the blended teaching mode based on the idea of OBE.The research shows that there are the following deficiencies in the current OBE blended teaching model:Schools lack technical support and resources;the role of teachers needs to be changed and adapted;students'autonomy and participation were low;the evaluation and feedback mechanism needs to be improved.Give advice:Identify teaching objectives and outcomes;design a blended teaching model;develop and improve teaching resources;teacher training and role change;continuous improvement and optimization.
