摘要
开发区是发展新质生产力的主战场、推进新型工业化的主阵地,在推动全国经济高质量发展中发挥着重要作用。本文在分析我国开发区发展历程和发展模式的基础上,系统研判开发区面临的国内外形势和新发展使命,提出了“十五五”规划期间开发区高质量发展思考及建议。
The development zones are the main battlefields for developing new quality productive forces and promoting new industrialization,and play an important role in promoting high-quality economic development across the country.Based on the analysis of the development course and mode of development zones,this paper systematically analyzes the domestic and foreign situation and new development mission of the development zones,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the highquality development of the development zones during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
