摘要
目的:采用Meta分析评价以情景模拟为基础的多元化教学法在康复护理中的教学效果。方法:计算机检索PubMed、CENTRAL、EMBase、Web of Science、CNKI、WANFANG DATA、VIP、CBM,检索时间为建库至2022年5月。按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献,运用RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果:纳入9篇文献,共805名学生。Meta分析结果显示,在提高学生理论成绩[MD=11.33,95%CI=(9.40,13.26),P<0.001]、操作成绩[MD=8.60,95%CI=(5.67,11.52),P<0.001]、操作能力[RR=1.40,95%CI=(1.23,1.59),P<0.001]和团队合作能力[RR=1.32,95%CI=(1.18,1.47),P<0.001]方面,试验组优于对照组。结论:目前证据支持以情景模拟为基础的多元化教学法可提高康复护理课程的教学效果,但由于纳入研究质量偏低,以上结论仍需更多大样本、多中心、高质量的随机对照试验予以进一步验证。
Objective:To conduct Meta-analysis of the teaching effect of diversified teaching mode based on scene simulation in rehabilitation nursing.Methods:PubMed,CENTRAL,EMBase,Web of Science,CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP and CBM were searched by computer.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to May 2022.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the literature data was extracted and analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:9 studies involving 805 students were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving students’theoretical performance[MD=11.33,95%CI=(9.40,13.26),P<0.001],operational performance[MD=8.60,95%CI=(5.67,11.52),P<0.001],operational ability[RR=1.40,95%CI=(1.23,1.59),P<0.001]and team cooperation ability[RR=1.32,95%CI=(1.18,1.47),P<0.001].The experiment group is better than control group.Conclusion:The current evidence supports that the diversified teaching mode based on scenario simulation can improve the teaching effect of rehabilitation nursing courses.However,due to the low quality of this included research,the conclusions above still need to be further verified by more large sample,multi center,high-quality randomized controlled trials.
