摘要
目的分析健康人群维生素D水平及其影响因素。方法选取2022年3月至2022年8月在我院接受健康体检的1016名居民,所有入选者均接受维生素D水平检测。结果受检者平均维生素D浓度水平为(68.23±15.57)nmol/L,其中有212例维生素D缺乏,占总数的20.86%,478例维生素D不足,占总数的47.05%,维生素D充足者326名,占总数的32.09%。通过对本组受检者的性别、年龄及季节分析后发现,相同年龄段女性维生素D缺乏占比高于男性(P<0.05);通过对比不同年龄段维生素D水平发现,青年人群的维生素D水平更为缺乏(P<0.05);分析不同季节发现,春季有355例,包含男性176例,女性179例,夏季有314例,包含男性162例、女性152例女性,不同季节男女比例无统计学差异(P>0.05);春季平均维生素D水平为(65.39±15.57)nmol/L,夏季平均维生素D水平为(71.45±19.88)nmol/L,春季平均维生素D水平低于夏季(P<0.05)。春季检测结果有166例维生素D缺乏,夏季有46例维生素D缺乏,春季维生素D缺乏占比高于夏季(P<0.05)。单因素分析结果显示,男性维生素D水平显著高于女性,随着年龄的升高,维生素D水平也越高,夏季维生素D水平高于春季,(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,健康人群维生素D水平缺乏的高危因素包括女性、青年、春季。结论性别、年龄、季节都是维生素D水平的影响因素。相比于男性,女性更容易发生维生素D缺乏。青年是各年龄阶段更容易发生维生素D缺乏的阶段。在季节方面,春季则比夏季更容易发生维生素D缺乏。
Objective To analyze the level of vitamin D in healthy people and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 1016 healthy residents who underwent physical examination in our hospital from March 2022 to August 2022 were selected,and all of them were tested for vitamin D levels.Results The average vitamin D concentration level was(68.23±15.57)nmol/L,among which 212 cases were vitamin D deficient,accounting for 20.86%of the total,478 cases were vitamin D deficient,accounting for 47.05%of the total,and 326 cases were vitamin D adequate,accounting for 32.09%of the total.Through the analysis of gender,age and season of the subjects,it was found that the proportion of vitamin D deficiency in female was higher than that in male(P<0.05).By comparing the levels of vitamin D in different age groups,it was found that the levels of vitamin D in young people were more deficient(P<0.05).Analysis of different seasons showed that there were 355 cases in spring,including 176 males and 179 females,and 314 cases in summer,including 162 males and 152 females.There was no statistical difference in the ratio of males to females in different seasons(P>0.05).The average vitamin D level in spring was(65.39±15.57)nmol/L,and that in summer was(71.45±19.88)nmol/L.The average vitamin D level in spring was lower than that in summer(P<0.05).There were 166 cases of vitamin D deficiency in spring and 46 cases in summer.The proportion of vitamin D deficiency in spring was higher than that in summer(P<0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that the vitamin D level of male was significantly higher than that of female,and the vitamin D level was higher with the increase of age,and the vitamin D level in summer was higher than that in spring(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for vitamin D deficiency in healthy people included female,young and spring.Conclusions The deficiency of vitamin D is significant.Gender,age and season are all factors affecting the level of vitamin D.Women are more likely to develop vitamin D deficiency than men.Youth is the stage at which vitamin D deficiency is more likely to occur at all ages.In terms of season,vitamin D deficiency is more likely to occur in spring than in summer.
