摘要
随着“互联网+”的到来,国家对当代大学生赋予了更高的标准。为提高大学生的创新思维与实践能力,适应新时代人才培养的需求,以环境工程专业为例,结合当前教与学面临的学生主动性缺乏、专业自信弱、创新实践能力不足,以及师生互动机会少等现实问题,从师生角色转变、自驱型学习模式构建、专业自信强化、“双导师制”协同及科研促教五个方面展开措施并予以实施,提出“互联网+”“双创”竞赛引导下的科教融合育人模式,为环境工程等相关实践教学改革与高质量人才培养提供参考。
With the advent of“Internet plus”,the country has set higher standards for contemporary college students.In order to improve the innovative thinking and practical ability of college students,and help them meet the needs of talent training in the new era,this paper takes the Environmental Engineering major as an example,in combination with the current practical problems faced by teaching and learning,such as lack of students’initiative,weak major self-confidence,insufficient innovative practical ability,and few opportunities for interaction between teachers and students,targeted measures are implemented from five aspects,namely,the transformation of the role of teachers and students,the construction of self-driven learning mode,the strengthening of major self-confidence,the coordination of the dual mentorship,and the promotion of scientific research and teaching.The science and education integration education model under the guidance of the“Internet plus”entrepreneurship and innovation competition is proposed to provide reference for the practical teaching reform and high-quality talent cultivation of Environmental Engineering major.
