摘要
基于同轴传输线的功率合成理论和波导同轴变换,研制了一款6路径向合成器,输入端采用N型连接器,输出端采用双脊波导形式。利用高频电磁场仿真软件CST对模型进行了优化仿真,并对加工完成的径向合成器实物进行了小信号测试和大功率试验。测试结果显示,在4 GHz~8 GHz频带范围内,合成损耗小于0.36 dB,回波损耗小于-10 dB,峰值功率耐受高于5 kW。该径向合成器具有宽带、低插损、幅相一致性高、高功率耐受的特点,在宽带大功率合成领域具有广阔的工程应用价值。
Based on the power synthesis theory of coaxial transmission lines and waveguide coaxial transformation,a 6-path directional combiner is developed.The input end adopts an N-type connector and the output end adopts a double ridge waveguide form.The model is optimized and simulated using high-frequency electromagnetic field simulation software CST.The processed radial synthesizer has undergone small signal testing and high-power testing.The test results show that from 4 GHz to 8 GHz frequency band,the synthetic loss is less than 0.36 dB,the return loss is less than-10 dB,and the peak power tolerance is higher than 5 kW.This radial synthesizer has the characteristics of broadband,low insertion loss,high amplitude phase consistency and high power tolerance.It has broad engineering application value in the field of broadband high-power synthesis.
