摘要
针对某厂生产的HRB500E热轧带肋钢筋在做金属材料室温拉伸试验时出现屈服强度偏低,且拉伸断口上存在肉眼可见近似圆形凹坑(白斑)的问题,采用扫描电镜及能谱分析仪、金相显微镜对HRB500E热轧带肋钢筋的显微组织、断口形貌进行了分析。发现导致该钢筋屈服强度偏低的原因是显微组织中存在两处贝氏体组织聚集条带,且该贝氏体组织聚集带也是造成拉伸断口上出现白斑的根源。
In view of the problems that the yield strength of HRB500E hot-rolled ribbed steel bar produced by a factory is low and there are nearly round pits(white spots)on the tensile fracture,the microstructure and fracture morphology of HRB500E hot-rolled ribbed steel bar are analyzed by scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analyzer and metallographic microscope.It is found that the reason for the low yield strength of the steel bar is that there are two bainite aggregation bands in the microstructure,and this bainite aggregation band is also the root of the white spot on the tensile fracture.
