摘要 岛式装配是一种新的动力电池模组装配工艺,相比传统流水线式装配,能够提高生产效率和柔性生产能力,降低人力投入,减少物料流转。文章通过分析岛式装配工艺的装配流程和工艺特点,探索了动力电池岛式装配工艺在实际生产中的应用。首先介绍了岛式装配工艺的基本概念和特点,包括岛式装配生产线的布局设计、生产过程控制、装配工艺流程等;然后结合实际生产情况,针对动力电池装配工艺的特殊要求,提出了岛式装配工艺的优化方案,包括智能机器人协作、智能监控系统等,以提高生产效率和质量稳定性;最后对动力电池岛式装配工艺行业发展趋势进行展望。 Island assembly is a new assembly process for power battery modules,and compared with traditional assembly line,it can improve production efficiency and flexible production capacity,reduce labor input,reduce material flow.This paper explores the application of island assembly technology in practical production of new energy power battery by analyzing the assembly process and process characteristics of island assembly technology.First of all,the basic concepts and characteristics of the island assembly process,including the layout design,production process control,assembly process process of the island assembly production line;then combined with the actual production situation,for the special requirements of the power battery assembly process,an optimization plan for island assembly process is proposed,including intelligent robot collaboration and intelligent monitoring systems to improve production efficiency and quality stability;finally,the development trend of the power battery island assembly process industry is outward.
