摘要
针对小保当煤矿主运输系统大运量、高带速、高带强的特点,进行了技术方案的分析研究并对各部带式输送机均采用了最佳配置设计。文章介绍了采用多项国内外先进技术对主运输系统的各个具体环节进行的优化设计,包括:采用智能化设计技术,实现主运输系统的远程集中控制、协同运行和无人值守;采用特大型装备设计技术,对系统关键位置及重要部件进行分析研究,确保安全;采用井下煤水分离技术,对原煤进行脱水处理,避免“水煤”隐患;采用动力学分析技术,对多种不利工况下的输送带张力特性进行模拟,优化设备布置。最终实现了国内井下总运输距离最长、装机总容量最大的煤炭主运输系统的智能化、无人化长期连续平稳运行,为国内特大型矿井的煤炭主运输系统设计起到了引领示范作用。
In view of the characteristics of high capacity,high speed and high belt strength of the main transportation system in Xiaobaodang Mine,the technical scheme was analyzed and studied,and the optimal configuration of belt conveyor was selected in all parts.Advanced technologies at home and abroad were adopted to optimize each link of the main transportation system:intelligent design technology was adopted to realize remote centralized control,cooperative operation and unattended operation of the main transportation system;based on the design technology of super-large equipment,the key positions and important components of the system was analyzed to ensure safety;the underground coal-water separation technology was adopted to dewater raw coal to avoid the hidden trouble of“water coal”;the dynamic analysis technique was used to simulate the tension characteristics of the conveyor belt under various unfavorable conditions and optimize the equipment layout.Finally,the intelligentized,unmanned and long-term continuous and stable operation of the coal main transportation system with the longest underground total transportation distance and the largest installed capacity in China was realized.
