摘要
储能系统可缓解大规模分布式新能源接入配电网所产生的不良影响,而储能系统在配电网中合理配置是其有效应用的前提。构建了一种考虑在配电网中全寿命周期成本的分布式储能布局规划模型,并以分布式储能接入配电网后安全稳定运行校核为约束条件,采用引入退火机制的粒子群算法对布局规划模型进行优化求解,提高算法迭代时寻找全局最优解的收敛速度和准确性。在IEEE 14节点配电系统上进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明该算法具有较好的收敛性和准确性,该规划方法可有效提高新能源发电就近消纳水平,可用于指导分布式储能在配电网中的规划布局。
The energy storage system can alleviate the adverse effects of large-scale distributed new energy access to the distribution network,and the rational configuration of the energy storage system is the premise of its effective application.This paper constructs a distributed energy storage layout planning model considering the whole life in the distribution network,and takes the safe and stable operation check after the distributed energy storage is connected to the distribution network as the constraint condition,and adopts the annealing mechanism in the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the solution of the layout planning model,so as to improve the accuracy and convergence speed of the algorithm iteration to find the global optimal solution.Through simulation analysis on IEEE 14 node distribution system,the simulation results show that the algorithm has good convergence and accuracy.This planning method can effectively improve the local consumption level of new energy generation and can be used to guide the planning and layout construction of distributed energy storage in the distribution network.
