摘要
挡潮闸工程在控制运用过程中一直饱受河流环境生态、河道淤积、工程管理等问题的困扰。在收集整理相关研究成果的基础上,对上述问题产生的原因进行了系统性梳理和分析,初步厘清了各要素间的互动关系,并据此提出了相应的技术解决方案,且对方案的可行性进行了分析和探讨。研究表明:①河流生态环境受损、河道淤积、工程管理等问题间存在密切的内在联系,属与挡潮闸相关的工程伴生问题;②传统挡潮闸工程简单的结构功能造成了对河流的过度控制,是上述伴生问题产生的主要原因;③以提升闸门启闭切换效率为抓手,提出对传统挡潮闸工程实施双闸门控制,并对工程软件操作系统进行智能化升级,能够对前述各类工程伴生问题起到缓解作用,具有一定的技术可行性。
China's tidal gate projects have been plagued by problems such as river environment ecology,river siltation,and project management in the process of control and application.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the relevant research results,the causes of the above problems were systematically sorted out and analyzed,and the interaction between the elements was preliminarily clarified.Based on this,the corresponding technical solutions were put forward,and the feasibility of the scheme was analyzed and discussed.The results show that:①There is a close internal relationship between river environmental ecology,river siltation,project management and other issues,which is an engineering associated problem related to tidal gate;②The simple structural function of the traditional tidal gate projects causes excessive control of the river,which is the main reason for the above-mentioned associated problems.③In order to improve the switching efficiency of gate opening and closing,it is proposed to implement double gate control for the traditional tidal gate projects,and intelligently upgrade the engineering software operating system,which can alleviate the above-mentioned problems associated with various projects and has certain technical feasibility.
