1例利奈唑胺与克拉霉素药物相互作用的病例分析

摘要 探讨利奈唑胺与克拉霉素之间可能存在的相互作用,为复杂非结核分枝杆菌感染患者用药安全提供药物的信息支持。临床药师参与1例利奈唑胺联合克拉霉素治疗淋巴结分枝杆菌感染患儿方案的调整,发现利奈唑胺血药浓度异常升高,结合患儿前期不良反应及合并用药情况进行分析,发现克拉霉素可能与利奈唑胺发生相互作用致其血药浓度升高。以此提醒临床医师联用两药时需要引起高度重视,特别是长期用药患者,避免利奈唑胺不良反应的发生。
