摘要
匈塞铁路即将开通的诺维萨德-苏博蒂察段将单独设置调度台与已开通的贝尔格莱德-诺维萨德段调度台以相邻调度台的形式组织行车,结合贝尔格莱德-诺维萨德段调度台中业主的实际使用情况,重点研究和探讨匈塞铁路项目中相邻调度台间的行车组织形式,从计划来源以及调整计划层面为调度集中(Centralized Traffic Control,CTC)系统解决方案提出初步设计和构想。为提高CTC系统的可用性和自动化程度提供解决方案。
A separate dispatching console will be installed on the to-be-opened Novi Sad-Subotica section of the Hungary-Serbia Railway,and the new dispatching console and the dispatching console already-opened on Belgrade-Novi Sad section will be treated as adjacent dispatching console during train operation organization.Combined with the actual use of the dispatching console by the owners in the Belgrade-Novi Sad section,this paper will focus on the studies and discussions of the traffi c operation organization between adjacent dispatching console in the Hungary-Serbia Railway Project,and propose a preliminary design and concept for the CTC system solution from the perspective of planning source and adjustment plan.This paper also provides solutions for improving the availability and automation of CTC systems.
