摘要
产教融合模式是技工院校结合开设的专业,开办专业产业,将教育教学、产业相结合,形成企业、学校协同育人的办学模式,是当前技工院校改革的重要措施。动力电池实训教学是新能源汽车专业的核心课程,对学生的实践能力、操作能力、创新意识有着较高要求。为培养出社会所需的高素质动力电池人才,技工院校需加大动力电池实训教学改革路径,以产教融合模式为支持,优化实训教学流程,建设实训教学基地,丰富学生实训经验,确保学生专业素养及职业技能水平的提升。本文针对产教融合模式下技工院校动力电池实训课程的开发思路、实施路径进行探析,以供借鉴。
The integration model of production and education is an important measure for the current reform of technical colleges and universities,which is an important measure for the reform of technical colleges and universities.Power battery training and teaching is the core course of new energy vehicle major,which has high requirements for students'practical ability,operation ability and innovation awareness.To cultivate high-quality power battery talents needed by the society,technical colleges need to increase the reform path of power battery training and teaching,optimize the training and teaching process with the support of the integration model of production and education,build a training and teaching base,enrich students'training experience,and ensure the improvement of students'professional quality and vocational skill level.This paper analyzes the development ideas and implementation paths of power battery training courses in technical colleges under the integration of industry and education for reference.
