摘要
针对掘进机截割机构力学特性分析过程中复杂边界条件和外部载荷难以准确设置的问题,考虑关键部件联接处的非线性接触行为,建立了某型号悬臂式掘进机截割部、回转台、升降油缸、回转油缸和销轴相互耦合的有限元分析模型;分析讨论了3种极限工况下截割部和回转台整体结构的位移变形和应力分布情况。研究结果可用于指导掘进机截割机构的优化设计,对于提高掘进机安全性和可靠性、延长使用寿命、保证安全和高效截割具有重要的工程实用价值。
In view of the problem that it is difficult to accurately set up the complex boundary conditions and external load during the analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the cutting mechanism of the roadheader,considering the nonlinear contact behavior of the key components at the joints,a finite element analysis model of a certain type of cantilevered roadheader with mutual coupling of the cutting part,the rotary table,the lifting cylinder,the rotary cylinder and the pin was established;the displacement deformation and the stress distribution of the overall structure of the cutting part and the rotary table under the three limiting working conditions were analyzed and discussed.The research results of the study can be used to guide the design and optimization of the cutting mechanism of roadheader,which is of great practical value for improving the safety and reliability of roadheader,extending the service life of roadheader,and ensuring the safe and efficient cutting.
