摘要
对装载机Z型工作机构进行运动几何分析和动力学分析,建立了运动方程与动力学平衡方程。以机构铰接点坐标为设计变量,以降低油缸载荷最大值为目标,以铲斗平移性等性能为约束条件,建立了Z型工作机构的优化模型,研制了装载机工作机构参数优化软件。某装载机优化设计实例表明,该优化方法有效降低了Z型工作机构油缸载荷最大值,提高了装载机的极限负载能力和工作稳定性。
The motiongeometric analysis and dynamic analysis were carried on the Z-type working mechanism of loader,and motion equations and dynamic balance equations were established.The model of the Z-type working mechanism optimization was established with the coordinate of the mechanism hinge point as the design variable,the goal of reducing the maximum load of the oil cylinder as the objective,and the performance of the bucket translation as the constraint conditions.A software for optimizing the parameters of the working mechanism of the loader was developed.The optimization design example of a certain loader shows that the optimization method effectively reduces the maximum load of the Z-type working mechanism oil cylinder,improves the ultimate load capacity and working stability of the loader.
