摘要
山东某工业园区污水处理厂设计规模为2.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,根据进水水质特点和排放标准,设计采用Bardenpho+MBBR-磁絮凝沉淀-反硝化深床滤池-臭氧催化氧化组合处理工艺。介绍了工艺总体思路及技术路线、主要构筑物工艺参数及设备、工程设计特点、运行效果及成本分析。运行结果表明,本工程系统运行稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强、出水稳定达标,出水TN达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准,其他指标稳定达到GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅳ类水标准。
The design scale of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park in Shandong province was 2.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,according to the characteristics of inlet water quality and discharge standards,a combined treatment process of Bardenpho+MBBR-magnetic flocculation sedimentation-denitrification deep filter-ozone catalytic oxidation,was adopted.The general idea and technical route of the said process,the technological parameters of the main structures,the design characteristics of the equipments and the project,the operation effect and the cost analysis,were introduced.The operation results showed that,the said process ran stably,the impact load resistance was strong,and the effluent water quality was stable up to the standard.The TN concentration in the effluent water met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,and other indicators stabilized to the classⅣwater standard in GB 3838—2002 Surface water environmental quality standards.
