摘要
面向临床、以临床为导向是检验科学未来发展的主流和必需。实验室医学应更加注重与临床实践的合作交流,以提高治疗效果。作为回应,文章体现了符合国际标准ISO15189“医学实验室的质量和能力的认证标准”CNASAL09:2020《医学实验室质量和能力认可准则》。文章提出了实验室医学与临床实践配合的全面质量管理的视角:在分析前阶段,改进信息检查和操作培训,提高接受标本效率;在分析中阶段与临床部门沟通,在异常结果解释时采用有效的数据信息管理方法;在分析后阶段更加重视实验室工作外的扩展。
On the urgent calling for clinical orientation,laboratory medicine should more focus on collaboration with clinical practice to improve treatment performance.As a response,this article embodies the ISO15189 in line with the international standard"Accreditation Standards for the Quality and Competence of Medical Laboratories"CNAS-AL09:2020"Accreditation Criteria for Quality and Competence of Medical Laboratories".This paper puts forward the perspective of total quality management in the cooperation between laboratory medicine and clinical practice:in pre-analysis stage,improve information checking and operation training for higher specimen validity;for communication with clinical departments in analysis stage,adopt efficient data information management approaches in abnormal result interpretation;and pay more attention to the extension of laboratory work in post-analysis stage.
