摘要
活体肾脏移植供者的捐献行为是其奉献精神的体现,医疗机构及社会支持机构理应做好供者的随访工作,以确保供者的长期健康和生活质量。为提高供者随访工作质量,保障供者的长期预后,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织了国内肾脏移植领域相关专家,采用《牛津循证医学中心分级2009版》对证据质量及推荐意见强度进行分级,针对肾脏捐献的长期影响及供者随访方法和关注点等方面的7个临床问题,给出了较为详细的循证医学推荐,以指导临床实践,提升供者随访水平,促进我国活体器官捐献和肾脏移植事业发展。
An act of donation by living kidney transplant(KT)donors exemplifies an altruistic spirit.It is imperative that medical institutions and social support organizations provide thorough follow-up care to guarantee long-term health and decent quality-of-life of these donors.To enhance the quality of donor follow-up care and optimize positive long-term outcomes,Chinese Society of Organ Transplantation of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts in the field of KT.Utilizing the 2009 Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine Levels of Evidence,quality-of-evidence and strength of recommendations were assessed.Comprehensive evidence-based recommendations were formulated for addressing seven major issues related to long-term outcomes of kidney donation,follow-up methods and key concerns for donors.The guidelines were intended to improve clinical practices,enhance the standard of donor follow-up care in China and further advance the national development of living organ donation and KT.
