基于物联网技术的运动监测系统设计分析

摘要 自提出全民健身倡议后,参与体育运动的人不断增加,旨在借助体育运动提升体质健康水平。在运动过程中若是缺乏有效的监测,不仅无法实现锻炼目标,还容易发生运动损伤等问题,给身心健康造成威胁。因而,加强对运动参与者的监测很有必要。物联网技术的快速发展,为运动监测系统的设计提供了有效助力,但如今系统设计还存在不少缺陷,尚未将物联网技术的价值充分展现出来。基于此,本文通过对基于物联网技术的运动监测系统设计进行探究,提出基于物联网技术的运动监测系统设计策略,以供参考。 Since the national fitness initiative was put forward,the number of people participating in sports has been increasing,with the aim of improving physical health through sports.If there is no effective monitoring in the exercise process,not only can not achieve the exercise goal,but also prone to sports injuries and other problems,which pose a threat to physical and mental health.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of sports participants.The rapid development of the internet of things technology has provided an effective help for the design of the motion monitoring system,but there are still many defects in the system design today,and the value of the internet of things technology has not been fully demonstrated.Based on this,this paper explores the design of the motion monitoring system based on the internet of things technology,and puts forward the design strategy of the motion monitoring system based on the internet of things technology for reference.
