摘要
对配备机械行走收获机的曲轴前端强度的计算方法进行了研究,同时考虑了曲轴前端的三种载荷边界条件,包括侧向力、齿轮的过盈装配以及总扭矩。分析了存在过盈情况下曲轴前端的动力学计算方法、曲轴前端的静力学计算方法,以及这两种方法在评估曲轴前端强度时的适用场景和优劣对比。相关工作对于配套收获机时曲轴强度的校核具有较强的实用价值。
This study investigates the calculation method for the strength of the front end of a crankshaft equipped with a mechanical walking harvester,taking into account three load boundary conditions at the front end of the crankshaft,including lateral forces,inter-ference fit of gears,and total torque.It separately studies the dynamic calculation method,static calculation method,and applicable scenarios and advantages and disadvantages of these two methods for evaluating the strength of the front end of the crankshaft in the presence of interference fit.This work has strong practical value for verifying the strength of the crankshaft when supporting harvesters.
