深中通道最终接头推出段支撑滑轨研究及应用

摘要 深中通道沉管隧道部分的整体预制水下推出式最终接头为世界范围内首次应用,最终接头推出段将通过布置在最终接头扩大段内的支撑滑轨实现水下推出完成沉管隧道合龙。该滑轨作为始终与最终接头推出段接触的辅助安装设施,它的使用效果直接影响最终接头推出段能否成功实施。为此,创新研发了一种分段式超高平整度低摩擦系数最终接头推出段支撑滑轨,解决了常规滑轨方案在承受复杂可变荷载时适应性差、滑轨结构不能有效固定滑轨顶部滑板、滑轨钢结构表面平整度不足及整体调平困难等设计及工艺难题。通过物理模型试验验证了滑轨在各个施工阶段的可靠性,最终该滑轨在最终接头推出段水下推出阶段得到了成功应用,为整体预制水下推出式最终接头推出段的首次成功实施提供了有力保障。该滑轨结构可为类似大型结构出运工程提供借鉴和参考。 It is the first time in the world that the integrated preset underwater push-out final joint of immersed tube tunnel in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is applied.The final joint push-out section will be pushed out underwater through support rails arranged within the final joint expansion section to complete the closure of the immersed tube tunnel.As an auxiliary installation device that is constantly in contact with the final joint push-out section,the effectiveness of this slide rail directly affects whether the final joint push-out section can be successfully implemented.Therefore,a segmented ultra-high flatness and low friction coefficient final joint push-out section supporting slide rail is developed,which solves the design and process problems such as poor adaptability of the conventional slide rail scheme when bearing complex variable loads,the slide rail structure cannot effectively fix the top slide of the slide rail,the lack of surface flatness of the slide rail steel structure and the difficulty of overall leveling.The reliability of the slide rail in each construction stage is verified by the physical model test.Finally,the slide rail has been successfully applied in the underwater push-out stage of the final joint push-out section,which provides a strong guarantee for the first successful implementation of the whole preset underwater push-out type final joint push-out section.This slide rail structure can provide reference and guidance for similar large-scale structural transportation projects.
