新生儿医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤发生原因及预防性护理效果研究

摘要 目的研究新生儿医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤(MARSI)的原因以及预见性护理的实施效果。方法将2023年1月至2023年12月期间在我院新生儿重症监护室(NICU)的200例新生儿作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采取常规皮肤护理,观察组采取预防性护理,每组100例。分析MARSI发生原因,并讨论预见性护理的实施效果。结果观察组机械性损伤1例(1.00%),皮炎1例(1.00%),未见张力性损伤、撕裂伤、剥脱伤,合计2例(2.00%),低于对照组的张力性损伤1例(1.00%),机械性损伤3例(3.00%),撕裂伤1例(1.00%),剥脱伤2例(2.00%),皮炎3例(3.00%),合计10例(10.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对NICU新生儿采取预防性护理有助于减少MARSI的发生,更有助于保护新生儿皮肤,从而加快新生儿康复速度,具有较高临床价值。 Objective To study the causes of neonatal medical adhesive-related skin injury(MARSI)and the effectiveness of foreseen care.Methods A total of 200 neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received routine skin care and the observation group received preventive care,with 100 cases in each group.The causes of MARSI were analyzed and the effect of predictive nursing was discussed.Results In the observation group,there were 1 case of mechanical injury(1.00%),1 case of dermatitis(1.00%),and no tension injury,laceration injury and exfoliation injury(2 cases in total(2.00%),which were less than the 1 case of tension injury(1.00%),3 cases of mechanical injury(3.00%),1 case of laceration injury(1.00%)and 2 cases of exfoliation injury(2.00%)in the control group.There were 3 cases(3.00%)of dermatitis,10 cases(10.00%)in total(P<0.05).Conclusions Preventive care for NICU newborns is helpful to reduce the occurrence of MARSI,and more help to protect the skin of the newborns,so as to accelerate the speed of neonatal rehabilitation and,which has high clinical value.
