摘要
华阳河蓄滞洪区,是《长江流域防洪规划》确定的长江中下游地区42处蓄滞洪区中的最下游一个,是长江防洪体系的重要组成部分,也是处理湖口地区超额洪水、确保湖口地区及长江下游地区防洪安全的重要区域。该文旨在研究华阳河蓄滞洪区程郢进洪闸规模的确定,主要是通过MIKE21水动力模型分析程郢进洪闸规模与分洪效果的耦合关系,针对不同进洪闸规模并控制湖口水位不超过22.5 m时,分析计算蓄洪区承担的超额洪量及对长江干流湖口附近水位变化情况,确定进洪闸分洪流量采用8000 m^(3)/s是合适的。
The Huayang River flood storage and detention area is the lowest reach downstream the 42 flood storage and detention areas designated in the Yangtze River Basin Flood Control Plan.It is an important component of the Yangtze River flood control system and an important measure to deal with excess floods in the Hukou area and ensure flood safety in the Hukou area and the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.This thesis aims to study the determination of the scale of the Chengying inlet gate in the Huayang River flood storage and detention area.The coupling relationship between the scale of the Chengying inlet gate and the flood diversion effect is mainly analyzed through the MIKE21 hydrodynamic model.For different inlet gate scales and when the water level at the lake mouth does not exceed 22.5m,the excess flood volume from the storage area and the water level varying near the mouth of the Yangtze River main stream are analyzed and calculated.It is appropriate to use 8000m^(3)/s for the flood diversion flow of the inlet gate.
