摘要
基于食用菌产业链技术体系建设现状,结合食用菌的生产技术性和消费技术性分析食用菌产业链的技术体系,并从机械化、清洁生产、数字技术等方面对食用菌生产技术体系的层次和基础进行分析。针对青海食用菌生产链的技术发展存在的食用菌生产受设施设备环境控制技术、食用菌生态位与生态物质转化基础理论研究以及区域食用菌生产资源数字化限制等问题,提出分析青海各区域间食用菌生产技术的层次,强化各技术层次发展所必需的应用性研究基础,丰富和完善与特色食用菌生产相关的基础理论和数据,建立相对应的农业环境控制、清洁与循环生产和数字智能化生产的“基础理论模型”和“实践应用模型”的对策。
Based on the current situation of the construction of the technology system for the edible fungi industry chain,this paper analyzes the technology system of the edible fungi industry chain by combining the production and consumption technologies of edible fungi and analyzes the hierarchy and foundation of the edible fungi production technology system from the aspects of mechanization,clean production,digital tech⁃nology,etc.In response to the limitations of the technological development of the edible fungi production chain in Qinghai Province,such as fa⁃cility and equipment environmental control technology,basic theoretical research on the ecological niche and material transformation of edible fungi,and the digitization of regional edible fungi production resources,this paper proposes to analyze the levels of edible fungi production tech⁃nology among different regions in Qinghai Province,strengthen the necessary applied research foundation for the development of each technical level,enrich and improve the basic theories and data related to characteristic edible fungi production,and establish corresponding“basic theo⁃retical models”and“practical application models”for agricultural environmental control,clean and circular production,and digital intelligent production.
