摘要
民族传统体育现代化是对中国式现代化的有效回应。新质生产力向民族传统体育涌入和渗透的过程,为民族传统体育现代化发展提供了有力支撑。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等,围绕新质生产力对民族传统体育现代化的助推机制进行系统分析,认为高等人才智库助力民族传统体育优质化,高端技术设备助推民族传统体育智能化,高级生产材料助推民族传统体育高效化。新质生产力助力民族传统体育的现代化进程必须符合“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念,但在实际推进过程中存在制度环境补给缺位、科技转化效能低迷、空间载体建设滞后、高端人才储备亏匮等现实困囿。为此,必须以新质生产力为契机,紧贴业态发展新趋势,补齐民族传统体育政策牵引力、依托科学研发新平台,提升民族传统体育科技创造力、立足智能运载新环境,强化民族传统体育载体复合力、调整体制机制新战略,筑牢民族传统体育人才凝聚力,推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展,助力民族传统体育向“新质”发展质量跃升。
The modernization of the traditional national sports is an effective response to the Chinese-style modernization.The process of influx and penetration of new quality productive forces into traditional national sports provides strong support for the modernization development of traditional national sports.Using literature method,logic analysis,expert interview,based on the connotation of new quality productive forces,the booster mechanism of national traditional sports modernization system analysis,think higher think-tank talent power national traditional sports quality,high-end technology equipment booster national traditional sports intelligent,advanced production materials encourage national traditional sports high efficiency.The modernization process of the traditional sports assisted by the productive forces of the new quality must conform to the development concept of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”,but in the actual process,there are practical difficulties such as the lack of institutional environment supply,low efficiency of science and technology transformation,the lagging construction of space carrier,and the shortage of high-end talent reserve.Therefore,must with new quality productivity as an opportunity,close to the new development trend,supplement the national traditional sports policy traction,relying on scientific research and development platform,promote national traditional sports technology creativity,based on intelligent new environment,strengthen national traditional sports carrier compound force,adjust the system strategy,build a national traditional sports talent cohesion,promote the creative transformation of Chinese excellent traditional culture,innovative development,boost national traditional sports to“new”quality development quality jump.
