板坯连铸及热送过程传热数值模拟

摘要 热送热装技术作为可以实现炼钢与轧钢一体化、高效化的新技术,有着提产增效、节能减排的重要作用。以河钢集团邯钢公司能嘉新区板坯热送热装工艺为研究对象,通过对板坯的连铸过程、辊道热送过程进行数学建模,利用有限差分法,使用Python语言进行编程求解,得到板坯从连铸机到加热炉前的全流程传热数值模型。研究了拉速、辊道空冷时间、保温罩内保温材料层数对铸坯热送温度的影响,通过制定合理工艺,提高了热送温度。 As a new technology that can realize the integration and high efficiency of steelmaking and rolling,hot delivery and charging technology plays an important role in increasing production efficiency,energy saving and emission reduction.Taking the hot delivery and charging process of slab in Hangang New Area of HBIS Group as the research object,through the mathematical modeling of slab continuous casting process and roller table hot delivery process,using the finite difference method and Python language for program and resolution,the whole process heat transfer numerical model of slab from continuous caster to heating furnace is obtained.The effects of casting speed,air cooling time of roller table and the number of layers of thermal insulation material in the thermal insulation cover on the hot delivery temperature of slab are studied.The hot delivery temperature is increased by formulating reasonable process.
