基于药效学优选达原饮颗粒的提取工艺

摘要 目的结合药效学和正交试验优选达原饮颗粒的提取工艺。方法将小鼠随机分为模型组、阳性对照组、工艺(1)样品组、工艺(2)样品组,工艺(3)样品组,以对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀程度的影响作为指标考察不同提取工艺路线。再通过正交试验考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数,利用综合评分法优选提取工艺并进行验证。结果最佳提取工艺为全方水提取,提取次数2次,提取时间1 h,加溶剂量依次为10倍、8倍。结论基于药效学优选得到的提取工艺经验证重复性高,结果稳定。 Objective To optimize extraction process of Dayuan granules by orthogonal test and pharmacodynamics.Methods Rats were randomized into control group,positive control group,extract 1 group,extract 2 group and extract 3 group.The effects of different extracts on experimental the swelling degree of mice were observed.Orthogonal design was used to optimize the process conditions by taking solvent volume,extraction time and times as factors after investigating pharmacodynamics index of different extraction process routes.Results Optimal extraction conditions as follows:extraction 2 times with 10,8 water of volume and extract 1 hour for each time.Conclusion This extraction process is simple,reasonable and reproducible based on orthogonal test and pharmacodynamics.
