摘要
挤压成形工艺是铝合金塑性成形的主要手段之一。本文简要介绍了国内外铝合金挤压技术的研究现状,重点概述了铝合金挤压成形技术的传统方法以及在此基础上发展的新方法。新方法通过对模具运动或加载方式的改变,起到改善铝合金挤压材性能的作用。介绍了挤压工艺参数对挤压材性能的影响以及铝合金挤压材的应用情况。
Extrusion forming process is one of the main means of plastic forming of alumi-num alloys.This paper briefly introduces the research status of aluminum alloy extrusion technology at home and abroad,focusing on the introduction of the traditional method of alu-minum alloy extrusion forming technology and the new method developed on this basis.The new method can improve the performance of aluminum alloy extruded material by changing the mold movement or loading mode.The paper also reviews the influence of extrusion pa-rameters on the properties of extruded materials and the application of aluminum alloy extru-ded materials.
