摘要
目的:分析舒适护理在门诊静脉输液患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月于解放军总医院京南医疗区丰北桥门诊部进行静脉输液治疗的患者66例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理。比较两组舒适度、护理依从性、心理状态、不良反应发生情况。结果:护理后,两组生理、心理、社会文化、环境评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照(P<0.05)。观察组护理总依从性高于对照组(P=0.030)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.046)。结论:舒适护理在门诊静脉输液患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者舒适度,缓解不良情绪,提高患者依从性,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients receiving outpatient intravenous infusion.Methods:A total of 66 patients who underwent intravenous infusion therapy in the Fengbeiqiao Outpatient Department of Jingnan Medical District of Chinese PLA General Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented comfort nursing.The comfort degree,nursing compliance,psychological state,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the physiological,psychological,socio-cultural and environmental scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.030).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.046).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients receiving outpatient intravenous infusion has significant effects,and can improve patient's comfort degree,alleviate adverse emotions,improve patient's compliance,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
