摘要
目的 探讨基于IMB模型的“互联网+延续护理”模式对脑梗死偏瘫患者的应用效果。方法 随机选取2023年7月—12月广西贵港市人民医院收治的90名脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,每组45例。干预组接受“互联网+延续护理”模式,对照组接受常规康复护理,比较两组患者的康复情况、心理状态、健康行为、自我效能。结果 干预后,干预组的Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分、功能性步行能力分级、心理状态均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);干预组的健康行为总分和自我效能总分分别为(146.68±2.45)分和(37.87±1.44)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.985、5.182,P均<0.05)。结论 基于IMB模型的“互联网+延续护理”模式能显著改善脑梗死偏瘫患者的焦虑抑郁情绪及康复情况,提高患者的健康行为以及自我效能。
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+continuous nursing"model based on IMB model on patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia admitted to Guangxi Guigang People's Hospital from July to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The intervention group received"Internet+continuous nursing"model,and the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing.The rehabilitation situation,psychological state,health behavior and self-efficacy of the patients of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Barthel Index,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,Functional Ambulation Category Scale and psychological state of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total scores of health behavior and self-efficacy in the intervention group were(146.68±2.45)points and(37.87±1.44)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=18.985,5.182,both P<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+continuous nursing"model based on the IMB model can significantly improve the anxiety and depression and rehabilitation situation of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia,and improve the health behavior and self-efficacy of patients.
