摘要
目的:探讨疼痛管理联合焦点解决短期心理护理在烧伤整形植皮术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于江阴市人民医院行整形植皮的75例烧伤患者作为研究对象,按双色球法随机分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=38)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予疼痛管理联合焦点解决短期心理护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理6 h、1 d、3周后,两组疼痛评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组面对、屈服、回避评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组面对评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,两组屈服、回避评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:疼痛管理联合焦点解决短期心理护理在烧伤整形植皮术后患者中的应用效果良好,能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善不良心理状态,促进患者积极配合治疗,减少不良事件的发生。
Objective:To explore the application effect of pain management combined with solution-focused brief therapy nursing in patients with burns after plastic skin grafting.Methods:A total of 75 patients with burn who underwent plastic skin grafting at Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=38)according to bicolor sphere method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pain management combined with solution-focused brief therapy nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After 6-h,1-d and 3-wk nursing,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of confrontation,resignation and avoidance between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of confrontation in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the scores of resignation and avoidance in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application of pain management combined with solution-focused brief therapy nursing in patients with burns after plastic skin grafting has a good effect,and can effectively relieve patients'pain,improve adverse psychological state,promote patients'active cooperation with treatment,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
